This website is operated by Power Phrase System (“PPU”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a sole trader registered in Australia under ABN 55 260 040 085, based in Warabrook NSW 2304. We provide a structured social-emotional learning (SEL) card resource for psychologists, clinicians and educators working with children aged 6–12.

We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect and why.

2. What information we collect

We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our activities. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

• Enquiry information — your name, email address, and the content of any message you send through our contact form.
• Pilot application information — your name, email, professional role, registration or membership details, practice or workplace setting, and any other details you choose to provide when applying for the founding practitioner pilot.
• Communications — records of correspondence between you and us.
• Technical information — basic, non-identifying data collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers, such as device or browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and understand general usage.

3. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you — when you complete a form on this site, apply for the pilot, subscribe to updates, or contact us by email. Where it is lawful and practicable, you may deal with us anonymously or using a pseudonym, although we may not be able to respond fully if we cannot identify you.

4. Why we use it

We use personal information to:

• respond to your enquiries and provide the information you request;
• assess and administer founding practitioner pilot applications;
• send you updates, resources or pilot-related communications where you have consented to receive them;
• with your separate, written consent, gather and use de-identified feedback and pre/post data to build the resource's evidence base; and
• operate, secure, maintain and improve the website.

5. Marketing and email communications

We will only send you marketing or update emails where you have consented to receive them. Every such email includes a clear way to unsubscribe, and we will honour opt-out requests promptly, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time using the details in section 11.

6. Service providers and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only to the extent necessary. These currently include:

• Netlify — website hosting and form handling (United States);
• Brevo — email delivery and contact management (European Union); and
• Google — website verification and, where enabled, analytics (United States).

Because some of these providers are located overseas, your personal information may be stored or processed outside Australia. By using this site and submitting information, you acknowledge this overseas disclosure. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers who maintain appropriate security and privacy standards. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and similar technologies, including those set by Google, to support site functionality and to understand general usage patterns. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when they are used; some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.
