We collect personal information directly from you — when you complete a form on this site, apply for the pilot, subscribe to updates, or contact us by email. This site may use cookies and similar technologies, including those set by Google, to support site functionality and to understand general usage patterns. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when they are used; some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. We will respond within a reasonable period. There is generally no charge for making a request, though we may charge a reasonable fee for providing access in some circumstances.
